During registration we process identification and contact data, accepted legal document records, session metadata, and later also onboarding and compliance information.

Marketing emails are optional and logged separately from mandatory legal acknowledgements. Opting out of marketing does not affect the contractual or regulatory basis of processing.

For security and audit purposes we store registration time, IP address, user agent, locale and accepted document versions. These records support compliance evidence and incident response.
