These terms of business govern the use of the digital portal, onboarding workflows, document vault, reporting layer and internal approval processes of Panthera Capital.

The user acknowledges that access to products, deposits, withdrawals and investment operations may depend on completion of additional data, appropriateness testing, KYC/AML verification and internal approval.

Panthera Capital reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate platform access in the event of a breach of these terms, regulatory risk, data inconsistencies or a security incident.
